Y.A.M Tengku Shahrain Shah was appointed as the Chairman of the Company on 12 July 2024. He received his early education at Sri Inai Petaling Jaya and Hale School in Perth, Western Australia. He later pursued Foundation Studies at Curtin University and Limkokwing University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.With extensive experience across diverse sectors, Y.A.M Tengku Shahrain Shah also serves as a Board Member in the following companies:TSS & Partners, TSS Construction, SULAIMARIA, Obrise Solution Holdings, Presint Venture (Resigned). Y.A.M Tengku Shahrain Shah brings invaluable leadership and strategic insight to the company, drawing from his versatile experience in construction, consulting, and business solutions. Dato’ David Khoo, aged 37, a Malaysian, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Silver Ridge Holdings Berhad on 16 October 2020 and was re-designated as a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director on 3 December 2020. Subsequently, on 29 October 2021, he was re-designated as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He was re-designated as an Executive Director of the Company on 7 October 2022. On 1 December 2023, he was re-designated as Executive Director cum Chief Finance Officer and on 1 April 2024 he was re-designated from Chief Finance Director to Group Managing Director.

He graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2010, with a Bachelor of Accounting. He began his professional career in 2010 as an audit associate in KPMG. He was later promoted to audit assistant manager in 2014. During his tenure with KPMG, he was involved in both internal and external audits for a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retail and wholesale, construction, property development, investment, engineering, used car, tourism, etc. In 2014, he set up his own firm, KYC & Associates, which provides professional services such as accounting, corporate secretarial, incorporation, liquidation, assurance, management consultancy, and financial planning. He set up Total Coaching Sdn. Bhd. in 2015 and Total GS Taxation Sdn. Bhd. in 2016. Total Coaching Sdn. Bhd. provides full corporate advisory services including estate planning, wealth planning, mid-shore management, sales and services tax & risk planning. Total GS Taxation Sdn. Bhd. is a licensed tax agent company.

Currently, Dato’ David Khoo is also the founder and Managing Director for Total Group Berhad which holding all the “TOTAL” group of companies.

Dato’ David Khoo is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Governance Professional. He holds a Practising Certificate and is a Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He is also a licensed Tax Agent approved by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.

Syakur Bin Dato' Mohd Suhaimi was appointed as the Executive Director of the Company on 2 March 2011 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in September 2013. He was re-designated as Deputy Managing Director on 18 June 2020. He graduated from Xiamen University, Peoples’ Republic of China, majoring in Chinese Language and obtained Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Business in Chinese.

Recently he obtained his Diploma in Technical Analysis from the United Kingdom Society of Technical Analysts and awarded Certified Financial Technician from International Federation of Technical Analysts. Thus, he is a full member of Malaysia Society of Technical Analysts and United Kingdom Society of Technical Analysts. He served in the Royal Military College in 2001 and now a member of the Old Putera Association.

Syauqat Bin Dato' Mohd Suhaimi was appointed as the Executive Director of Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd on 2nd September 2014, then Alternative Director to CEO on 28th August 2018. He graduated from the Arabic Language Centre of Qalam Wa Lawh, Morocco. Syauqat is also a Director of Silver Ridge Agricultural Informatics Sdn Bhd, a company which entered in a share sale agreement with SRHB after the end of the 2018. He was re-designated from GMD to DGMD on 1 April 2024.

Tan Win Sen was appointed as the Executive Director of Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd on 18th January 2023. He stands as a seasoned professional with a wealth of practical experience in cultivating, steering, executing, and advising on innovative ventures within the realm of the digital economy. He earned his Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) from University Tunku Abdul Rahman.

Over the span of more than 18 years, Tan has demonstrated his adeptness by overseeing and actualizing an array of IT projects, particularly in the domains of cross-border logistics infrastructure, electronic business processes, and e-commerce transactions. His proficiencies extend to areas such as RFID technology, network security, and digital authentication. Notably, he has taken the lead in orchestrating the technical, operational, managerial, and implementational aspects of expansive IT initiatives across both public and private sectors. One of his remarkable achievements includes the nationwide deployment and management of a metropolitan fiber optic infrastructure.

Tan's sphere of influence extends beyond borders, encompassing China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Indonesia, where he masterminded the successful implementation of an e-logistics system for real-time tracking of environmentally sensitive goods. Moreover, he played a pivotal role in establishing a cross-country food traceability system. Tan's role also involved providing holistic solutions for e-wallet and micro-banking needs to digital startups in Indonesia.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tan is an impassioned advocate for the future of sustainable renewable biofuel energy. Presently, he also serves as the Director for Malaysia at Euglena Co. Ltd., a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In this capacity, he spearheads the company's stride into the realm of future-generation renewable biofuel businesses in Southeast Asia. His responsibilities span market research, supply-chain management, and the evolution of innovative renewable biofuel products. In sum, Tan Win Sen is an exemplar of a multifaceted professional, adeptly navigating the intricacies of the digital economy, contributing to global standards, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable energy solutions forward in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Mr Loh Seong Yew, aged 45, a Malaysian, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 22 June 2023. On the same day, he was appointed as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Loh is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Governance Professional who has over 23 years of relevant practical experience in the finance and accounting industry. His profession has been accredited and recognized by several professional bodies. He holds a Practicing Certificate and a Fellow Membership of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Professional Member of Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIA), Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee (ACPACC), Member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM), and Affiliate of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). He holds a practicing certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) to act as Company Secretary.

Mr. Loh began his professional career in 2000 when he was an audit associate at Tan & Loh Chartered Accountant (Parker Randall Loh). He later was promoted to audit senior in 2001, audit supervisor in 2003, and audit manager in 2005. During his tenure in the company, he was involved in both internal and external auditing for a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retail and wholesales, construction, property development, investment, engineering, used car, tourism, etc. In 2006, he set up his own firm, LSY & Associates. LSY & Associates is a member firm of MIA which provides professional services such as accounting, corporate secretarial, incorporation, liquidation, assurance, management consultancy and financial planning.

He later set up Total Coaching Sdn. Bhd. in 2015 and Total GS Taxation Sdn. Bhd. in 2016. Total Coaching Sdn. Bhd. is a company which provides full corporate advisory services including mid-shore management, sales and services tax, risk planning, etc. Total GS Taxation Sdn. Bhd. is a license tax agent company. He is a Independent Non-Executive Director of CWG Holdings Berhad, listed under the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) and Independent NonExecutive Director of Alpha Ocean Resources Berhad, listed under the Leap Market of Bursa Malaysia.

Ms Poh Shing Huoy, aged 33, a Malaysian, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 23 August 2023. On the same day, she was appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Poh holds Bachelor’s Degree of Commence (Honours) in Accounting from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and a pursuit of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. With over a decade in the industry, she began as an audit associate, rising to become an Audit Manager in a medium-sized accounting firm. During her tenure, she handled audits across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, airport operations, education, retail, construction, property development, and investments.

Her managerial role included oversight of Public Listed Companies’ group audits, demonstrating her expertise and leadership in auditing.

She has no family relationship with any directors and/or major shareholders of the Company. She has no conflict of interest with the Company. She has never been convicted for any offences within the past 5 years other than for traffic offences, if any.

Encik Adel Raiyan Bin Mohd Razali, aged 31, a Malaysian, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 15 September 2023. On the same day, he was appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

He holds a degree in BSc Mathematics with Accounting from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, which provided a solid foundation for his subsequent 6-year career in the finance and risk management sector.

He has honed his leadership and relationship-building skills through Management Consulting within 2 of the ‘Big 4’ firms, working on engagements across various industries (which include Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and Financial Services) and developed substantial analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail through roles in Fund Accounting and Investment Banking with an International Bank.
