With her strong connections in both governmental and public-listed companies, she contributes valuable insights and strategic direction to the firm’s investment and growth initiatives.Her proven ability to balance corporate leadership with the management of her own private family fund reflects her deep financial acumen and commitment to excellence.

Ms. Jessie Ngelayang graduated with a Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) from University Technology Mara (UiTM). She has been a member of the Silver Ridge team since August 2020, contributing to the Corporate Affairs & Communication, Management and acting as the Company's internal Legal Counsel. Ms. Jessie oversees Silver Ridge Corporate Affairs, Communication and Secretarial matters. She also contributes to the preparation of the Company's Annual General Meeting. She has 14 years of experience in Legal, Corporate and Intellectual Property industry.

En Hairun Nazar is a qualified Electronics Engineer. He joined the company as a graduate and now oversees the Silver Ridge Network Operations & Maintenance Division (NOMD), the largest department in our organisation. His teams are spread across Malaysia providing operation and support services to national telecommunication service providers.

Devan Arjanan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from Multimedia University and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accounting (Chartered Accountant). He overseas the Silver Ridge Group’s cashflow planning and liaises with managing personnel in our banking partners.

Muswadi Izwan bin Muhamad is a graduate of Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi Mara, where he received a Higher National Diploma in Electronic Engineering in the year 2003. He has been a key member of multiple project teams while at Silver Ridge, working closely with international partners such as Huawei and Alcatel Lucent. Muswadi leads the preventative maintenance team, as well as conducting regular process audits to ensure all quality controls and reporting is completed to meet ISO compliance.

Miss Sahrina Binti Adenan graduated from University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) with Bachelor of Computer Science with Honours Majoring Network Computing. She has been a member of the Silver Ridge team since August 2013 branch at Sarawak region. She oversees project installation, commissioning and testing located at Sarawak. She has 9 years of experience in network and telecommunication.

Nor Azlin bin Nordin is a graduate of TM Multimedia College, Kuala Lumpur, where he received a Diploma in Technology (Telecommunications Engineering). He has over 10 years telecommunication experience working on a variety of project types. His experience has lead him to introduce new working practices within the group which improved troubleshooting time-frames and on-site work requirements. In his current role with Silver Ridge, Nor Azlin engages with clients and oversees service delivery.

Muhammad Hazwan Bin Hasbullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Hons) from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. Since joining Silver Ridge Sdn Bhd in February 2024, he has played a key role in Business Development, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients or partners, developing strategic plans, and optimizing business processes. His role requires a blend of market research, networking, negotiation skills, and strategic planning to drive growth and success for the company.
